Heavena Wellness & Spa exists to preserve นวดราชสำนัก (Nuad Rajasamnak) — the Royal Thai court-style massage — at hotel hospitality standard.
The Founder
Heavena Wellness & Spa was founded and is owned by Chisanu Phisuthikul, a Bangkok-based entrepreneur whose ventures span hospitality, wellness, and healthcare. After investing in several wellness brands (Maxwell Onsen, Joy Luck Clinic), Chisanu identified a gap in Bangkok’s luxury spa market: tourists could find Thai massage on every corner — but authentic Royal Thai court-style massage, delivered inside a licensed 4-star hotel with English / Mandarin / Korean reception and verified guest-grade hygiene, was difficult to find.
Heavena was built to close that gap. The brand operates under AIVS Care Co., Ltd. and reports directly to Chisanu as Founder and Owner.

Every Heavena therapist holds 800+ hours of certified training at Wat Pho Thai Traditional Medical and Massage School and the Chetawan Traditional Massage School — the two highest-ranking authorities on Thai massage tradition. We do not hire from drop-in agencies. Every therapist’s certificate is on file with management and verifiable on request.

What We Stand For
Tradition preserved, not diluted. We do not add hot stones or “fusion” treatments that dilute the Royal Thai method. The 4 signature treatments on our menu are the ones our trainers approve.
Hotel hospitality, not strip-mall efficiency. Reception is in 4 languages. Robes, slippers, towels, and toiletries are guest-grade. Treatment rooms are private with showers.
